2. Service Description

MechBot AI provides automation, AI messaging, call-handling, booking systems, CRM tools, and marketing automation solutions for auto repair, MOT, and car care businesses.

We may update or improve features at any time to enhance performance.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

-At least 18 years old

-Authorized to act on behalf of the garage/business you represent

-Legally able to enter contracts under UK law

4. Account & Access

When you sign up:

-You must provide accurate information

-You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

-You must notify us of any unauthorized access immediately

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.

5. Payment, Billing & Renewals

5.1 Subscription Fees

Plans (Ignition, Turbo, Custom) are billed monthly.

Setup fees are charged once.

Messaging usage beyond the included allowance is billed at the stated per-text rate.

5.2 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5.3 Failed Payments

We may limit or suspend service if payments fail.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

-You may cancel at any time.

-Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

-Setup fees and past subscription payments are non-refundable.

-Refunds are not offered for unused messaging credits or early cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

-Use MechBot AI for spam, harmful content, or misleading messaging

-Send unlawful, offensive, or abusive communication through our platform

-Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse MechBot technologies

-Breach data protection rules involving customers

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Data & GDPR Compliance

MechBot AI operates in compliance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

We act as a data processor for customer data you collect through our platform.

You remain the data controller responsible for lawful data collection.

9. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee:

-Zero downtime

-Zero errors

-Perfect call or message delivery

Planned maintenance may occur with notice.

10. AI Limitations

Our AI tools respond based on patterns and training.

You acknowledge that:

-AI messages may not always be perfect

-Final responsibility for customer communication belongs to your business

-You must review templates, scripts, and automations before use

11. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

-Lost profits or revenue

-Missed bookings or leads

-Errors caused by incorrect setup or misuse

-Third-party service outages (e.g., WhatsApp, Google, SMS providers)

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, automations, scripts, and content provided by MechBot AI remain our property.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our systems without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated version.
